Our cancellation policy allows for a refund if a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. However, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, including same-day bookings, are non-refundable and will not be eligible for any reimbursement.
